Her Studio Laser Skin Refund Policy
At Her Studio, we are committed to providing safe treatments in a professional clinical environment. Please read the following policy carefully before proceeding with any consultation, treatment or package purchase.
Clinical Consultations
All new clients undergo a consultation with a qualified clinician prior to treatment. Your clinician will assess your concerns, review your medical history, determine your suitability for treatment, discuss expected outcomes, and recommend an individualised treatment plan based on their professional clinical judgement.
Her Studio reserves the right to decline or modify treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate or not in the client's best interests.
Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are applied towards the cost of your treatment.
- If, after your clinical consultation, your clinician determines you are not a suitable candidate for treatment, your deposit will be refunded.
- Deposits will be forfeited where appointments are cancelled, rescheduled or missed outside our Cancellation Policy.
Treatment Packages
- All treatment packages are non-refundable once any treatment within the package has been performed.
- Treatment packages cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Unused treatments are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Her Studio Management.
Change Of Mind
Her Studio does not provide refunds for change of mind after the purchase of a treatment, package, membership or service.
Retail Products
- Unopened retail products may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided they remain unopened, unused and in their original condition.
- Opened, used or damaged products cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Clinical Services
All cosmetic treatments provided by Her Studio are professional clinical services that involve practitioner time, clinical assessment, consumables, specialised equipment and allocated appointment time. Once a treatment has commenced or has been completed, fees paid for those services are non-refundable.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by law, Her Stdudio will provide an appropriate remedy if a service fails to meet the consumer guarantees contained within the Australian Consumer Law.
